Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure, with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and efficient amenities. the daily rotating hot and cold breakfasts were a great touch, although a tiny detail like having bacon every day would have been the cherry on top of the cake. the central location made exploring the city a breeze, while the well-equipped kitchenette in the room provided a homely touch.

I appreciated the daily breakfast buffet, and the central location made it easy to explore the city at our own pace. The fitness center was a plus for me – gotta work off those vacation treats somehow! a comfortable and convenient stay for our active family.

The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive made my stay very good. The hotel was brilliant and in a central location not far from the Port Authority bus terminal and the theatre district, Times Square.

In some hours the 3 elevators were not enough for the amount of people. As we were leaving, we were offered a car to take us to the airport for 65 dollars, and at the end of the trip the driver told us that it was not 65, that it was 73.

The mattress of the sofa bed was not comfortable at all, it was very thin and it seems to me that it was worn out by use so sleeping on it does not allow you to have a pleasant night's sleep or rest well.

There could be more storage in the room - we were 4 :) a few hooks for example for coats but nothing to prevent it.

I chose this hotel for attending a council because of the complimentary 24-hour business center, which helped me stay on top of work during my stay. The spacious lobby, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff added to a productive and enjoyable experience.

The only service I missed for my work was an in-room printer for quick document printing and scanning.

It's a bit tricky to have a kitchenette in the bedroom but it's a bit complicated and even impossible to sit at the table with 3 people. Breakfast was really repetitive.

The rooms were a good size and had modern decor. the hotel had coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7, which was a nice touch. Despite the hotel being busy, we didn't have to wait long for the elevators, which was convenient. the location of the hotel was excellent, with many popular attractions within walking distance.

We were disappointed that despite requesting rooms close to each other, we were placed on different floors, which caused inconvenience for our family. the breakfast left a lot to be desired, with not enough food or seating to accommodate the number of people.

Top location: 2 minutes from the centre of Times Square. Located in a quiet street... The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very good bedding... With a small kitchen available. Nothing is missing . The bathroom is very good, good products offered every day, towels are also changed every day. Very clean. The breakfast is incredible, a giant buffet at will, new dishes every day, with a possibility to take away in boxes for outside. In the lobby, hot drinks are available free of charge all day long . The elevators are rather fast . And last but not least, the staff is very kind and professional. I recommend it and I will be sure to go back there during my next stay in NY.

We had a great stay at Homewood Suites. the location was perfect, close to train and subway stations, making it easy to explore NYC. the staff, especially Marco, made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the hotel also offered free soup, cookies, and fruit during their Manager's Welcome night. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the free coffee/tea in the lobby. the in-house laundry was convenient, and the breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food.

The location was fantastic, just a skip and a jump from all the action in Times Square but not smack dab in the middle of it, close to all sorts of coffee joints and yummy bagels, and near spots like Hudson Yards and the Empire State Building. Our room was super clean and roomy which is rare for NYC, and the breakfast spread was tasty and less crowded than other places I've seen. Housekeeping was on point, making sure everything was tip-top while we were out, earning a solid 10/10 from me. 😊

Plus, the location is excellent if you want to be near the main sites like Times Square, Empire State Building, and Macy's, all within a short walk away. It's convenient, although quite cramped they do the best with what space they have, making it perfect for tourists.

The hotel is conveniently located in Midtown, close to Hudson Yards and within walking distance of all major sights. You can easily explore everything around there. There is a little shop beside reception for your convenience. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The breakfast provided is fulfilling and there is free tea & coffee in the reception area all day. The fitness room is excellent.

We could walk to all the hotspots like Broadway and Central Park in no time. The hotel was right where all the action is happening, and we didn't waste any time getting to art venues, theaters, and premier shopping. So convenient!

We just wished there was a rooftop party area or a cool hangout spot within the hotel. It would've been awesome to have a place to chill and meet other young travelers in the evenings.

The separate sink and toilet were a great feature, allowing multiple people to get ready at once. The abundance of charging plugs in convenient places was a nice touch. I also loved that they provided a complimentary breakfast and even a dinner on Thursday nights. It truly felt like a home away from home.
